We work to show our products, colors, fabrics and prices accurately. Screens vary, so actual colors may differ slightly. All prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. We may correct errors in pricing or product information, and we may cancel and fully refund any order affected by an obvious error.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders by email, and the contract is formed when we send that confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order in limited cases, such as an item being unavailable, a suspected error, or a payment problem. We will always tell you if we do.

If you have a complaint
Tell us first. Email support@alpenwool.com with your order number and what went wrong, and we will work with you to put it right. Most things are settled in a couple of emails.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applying to sales into the United States, and any dispute will be handled in the courts competent for the seller's registered address.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept them.
