How much is shipping?
Free on every order within the United States, with no
minimum.
How long does it take?
We prepare orders in 1 to 3 business days and delivery
takes another 4 to 8, so most orders arrive within roughly 5 to 11 business days. Full detail is in

Is there an order cutoff?
Yes, 5:00 PM MT on business days. Orders after that
begin the next business day.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States, including the territories and
military addresses. We do not ship internationally yet.
Where is my order?
You get a tracking link by email when it ships. Allow up to
24 hours for the first scan. See Track Your Order.
Returns and refunds
How long do I have?
30 days from the day your order arrives.
What does a return cost?
Nothing. Email support@alpenwool.com and we send a prepaid label.
Please do not ship it back on your own.
When do I get my money?
Within 5 business days of your return reaching us and
passing inspection, back to the payment method you used.
Can I exchange instead?
The fastest route is a return plus a new order, so you
are not waiting on stock. Full detail in our Return & Refund Policy.
Payments
What can I pay with?
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google
Pay. We do not accept American Express.
Is it safe?
The site runs over HTTPS and payments are handled by PCI-DSS
compliant providers. We never store full card details. More in our Transaction Policy.
When am I charged?
When you place the order.

What do you do with my details?
We use them to take and deliver your order and

Can I ask you to delete my data?
Yes. Email support@alpenwool.com and we will handle it.
Products and sizing
Is everything wool?
No. The name is where the idea comes from, not a
description of every product. Each product page states what the item is actually made of.
How do your sizes run?
The fit note on each product page tells you whether an
item runs small, true to size or large, and what we would do if you are between sizes.
Are the coats waterproof?
Only where the product page says so. If it does not
say it, assume it is not.
